Resources on DVDs and the website are set to expire either at the end of the school year, or 16 weeks from the download date. Once a resource has expired you will no longer be able to use it, and you will need to renew it in order to continue use. Provided that you still hold a licence you can quickly renew any lessons, including those that you have put together yourself.

All the resources on a DVD are set to expire at the end of the school year. It is not possible to update resources on a DVD directly. If you wish to continue using your DVD you can either:

Some users have reported receiving DVDs that contain resources that have already expired. You can tell if you have received the correct DVDs from the academic year information shown on the front of the DVD. For information on identifying your DVD please click here. Your Music Service should be able to provide you with the correct DVDs.
If you have already copied content from a DVD to your hard drive or USB stick you can renew your lessons in a number of ways. Please see this article for a guide on how to do renew lessons over the internet.
If you download all your lessons directly from the website you can renew them by simply clicking the Renew button on each lesson, or by clicking Renew All at the bottom left-hand corner of the My Downloaded Lessons screen. See this article for more information on renewing.
