My Lesson Viewer Can't Renew Lessons

Do you have lessons that are about to expire or have expired that won't update?

Some lessons contain incorrect data and can't be updated without a small change to your lesson manager software. We'll be rolling out an automated update over half-term February 2010, but if you need to update lessons before then, you can do this yourself.

Download lessonViewer.swf by right-clicking and choosing to Save As (on a Mac you can click whilst holding down the ctrl key).

Once the file has downloaded, copy it into the _cha5513 folder that is in the same place as you run the lesson manager program from. For most of you, this will your Charanga USB key. You will be asked if you want to overwrite the file that's already there. Click to confirm the overwriting.

Once you've replaced the old lessonViewer.swf with this newer one, you should be able to run the lesson manager and update previously failing lessons.
