This is one of a range of resources relating to track 14 of the Saydisc 'Listen To This, KS3' world music recordings, entitled 'Windsong 3'.

This is an interactive Audio Mixer app, allowing users to mix their own musical texture from up to 6 channels of ready-made synthesized musical layers. The resulting texture must sound tranquil and relaxing (reflecting the genuine aeolian windharp textures in the associated source listening material). Users can control volume and pan of the layers and record and play back their mixer performances.

Channel groups and master faders can be enabled for more able users. The number of mixer channels can be varied to match different ability levels.
